A message from our MD, Andrew Gericke

So, this is happening . . . who would have thought as a new decade began that the world would be in middle of a COVID-19 pandemic, the loss of life is horrific and the effects to the world economy are catastrophic. We took the decision to temporarily close our physical office in Kenilworth, setting up remote offices for our staff in the safety of their own homes and converting onsite appointments to remote consultations whenever possible. 

So far it has been working very well, we are able to support our clients when they need us, get to them sooner and help management cut costs by doing away with travel charges, and we will continue to support our customers through this difficult time. From 1 May 2020 we will continue to offer remote support until further notice, the safety and well being of our staff is my only concern. 

Changing to a remote consultancy has allowed us to identify certain areas where we could be of service to our clients and their staff and commit to offering these services at a reduced consulting rate.

We are fully up and running remotely to assist you with all your IT, Remote Access, Accounting and Payroll software needs. 

To all our "Essential Services" customers only, we have our paperwork and CIPC Certificate to operate during lockdown and certain of our staff are able to come onsite if there is an emergency call out.  

This is our new normal for a while, but as resilient South Africans we don’t have to let the bad times define us, but rather work together to keep companies open and help our fellow countryman keep their jobs and if we all learn something along the way then that is a bonus.
